Nota approached IPLEX after receiving low preliminary technology evaluation grades. We advised the company on preparing for the full evaluation and improving its presentation against the criteria.

Why is technology-based special listing challenging?
Technology-based special listing is a unique opportunity for companies with technical skills to be listed on the KOSDAQ market. However, you need to be able to qualify for a preliminary review by having two rating agencies, Level A and BBB, respectively.
Nota’s first ‘A, A’ rating in AI optimization means it’s both innovative and market competitive. This was not an easy feat, and it was a moment when the effort of Nota to constantly modernize the technology shone forth.
The case illustrates the value of presenting technology clearly against evaluation criteria. After lower preliminary grades, Nota achieved A/A in the full evaluation, described in the article as the first such result in AI optimization.
