IPLEX News 2023.01.03 published IPLEX 1 min read Sands Lab, which received technology-based listing consulting from IPLEX, passed the Korea Exchange's preliminary listing review. Sands Lab, a subsidiary of cybersecurity company KSign, received technology-special listing consulting from IPLEX from early 2022. Its technology business plan received A grades in the July 2022 technology assessments. With support from its parent KSign, Sands Lab continued its IPO preparations and passed the Korea Exchange's preliminary listing review on 2 December 2022, preparing for a KOSDAQ listing in early 2023. Sands Lab CEO Ki-hong Kim said the company aimed to develop global strategic technologies using datasets and AI to create value beyond security and improve existing systems. He also described an ambition to change cybersecurity through threat intelligence.
